Burk Lindahl is a member of the Corporations business segment at CT, where he facilitates go-to-market planning efforts for large and mid-sized companies. Prior to joining CT, Burk led go-to-market planning for a large multinational legal information services provider and was a corporate M&A associate at an Am Law 10 law firm. Burk holds an M.B.A. degree from Isenberg School of Management (UMass Amherst), a J.D. degree from The University of Toledo College of Law and a B.A. degree from Bowling Green State University.
Melissa Overgaard, Business Consultant
Melissa is a Compliance Business Consultant at CT Corporation. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, she specializes in helping clients evaluate, implement and maximize their deployment of entity management solutions. With more than 14 years of tenure at CT Corporation, Melissa taps into her experience in working with some of the largest and most complex companies in the world to recommend solutions that work for companies of all sizes and industries. Melissa obtained her BS in Business Administration from Saint Mary's College of California. She is also a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries and Governance Professionals.
Jeff Iredell, Sales Director
Jeff is responsible for managing CT’s consulting teams which assist clients in the development of systems and processes to centralize subsidiary management, entity compliance and deal based best practices. Jeff received his bachelor’s degree from Villanova University, Villanova, PA, is formerly a member of the Board of Directors for the Society for Corporate Governance and is treasurer for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance.
