Oregon — The Oregon Secretary of State’s office is warning businesses of what it refers to as a mailing that is offering unneeded services. The mailing is from Workplace Compliance Services and contains what resembles an official annual report notice. According to the state this mailing is coming from a private Michigan company that is not authorized by or affiliated with the Oregon Secretary of State and the notice is not the official annual report notice mailed to businesses.
