Tennessee’s Secretary of State has issued a warning to Tennessee businesses regarding a solicitation titled “2016 - Annual Records Solicitation”.  Businesses are receiving the solicitation - which offers to file annual reports with the Division of Business Services  for companies in exchange for a $150 fee.
